Improvements:
- The CRM now has a demonstrator agreement form for use with the existing test drive activity details.
- It is now possible to export the listed entries in Vehicle Stock Book > Financials > Nominal into Excel.
- A search feature has been added to the user account config section for systems that have a large number of users.
- When posting bulk vehicle stock adjustments, it’s now possible to set a posting date.
- Diary booking created date has been added to the the Data Export module.
- In the Vehicle Stock Book, it is now possible to filter by the following:
- The purchased status of the vehicle.
- Model type
- Days in stock
- The Credit Notes module now as the following search options:
- WIP number (i.e. job number or WIP parts invoice number)
- Invoice number (parts & service invoices)
- Vehicle registration
Fixes:
- The part transaction log now specifies if a stock take adjustment increased or decreased stock.
- Resolved an edge case where some parts would not appear on an auto order if they were superseded.
- Resolved an issue where it wasn’t possible to set the ‘paid by’ on surcharge parts against warranty jobs.
- Improved the handling of spaces in vehicle registration numbers for around Job Sheets and invoicing.
- Improved the consistency of ‘Fitter’ (i.e. technician) name length in several parts of the system.
