Improvements:
- It is now possible to filter by date in the Job Progress and Labour Timeline (found in the Job Diary).
- The Historic Car Stock report has been further optimised to improve performance.
- The Customer Records module has been further optimised to improve performance.
- Both delivery date and collection date are now available fields in these car sales reports:
- Sales Day Book
- Profit By Deal
- Profit Summary
- Profit by Deal – Reconciliation
- When crediting a vehicle sales invoice, the status will revert back to either ‘On Order’ or ‘Deposit Taken’ rather than ‘In Stock’ if the deal was originally raised though the CRM or has a deposit placed against it.
- The ‘Tyre Ratings’ section on a parts record will now display these additional fields:
- Make
- Size
- Ratio
- Rim
- Rating
- The clocking audit will now log times when work is moved between jobs.
- The Digital Service Adviser (DSA) module in TechMate now has the option to update the status of jobs.
- The DSA module will now display the loan car assigned to the booking.
- Printing the days jobs though the diary will now print all jobs at once rather than one after the other.
- When changing the customer assigned to a job the system would clear out any discounts automatically. There is now an option to retain them if required.
- The Mileage box on the eVHC app has been increased in size to improve usability.
- Purchase order quantity can have up to 5 decimal places for better precision.
Fixes:
- When using the option to import creditor accounts from an Excel spreadsheet any lines that have BACS details are now automatically set to appear under the BACS payment type when doing batch payments.
- Ford OWS submissions will now handle submissions more robustly. Instances of stuck claims should be much reduced.
- MOT figures on the Sales Day Report is now determined by the description of the labour type rather than the deprecated ‘MOT’ value.
- If a vehicle is sold through Evolution the corresponding vehicle record is now update with the correct invoice number and details if the vehicle was credited and re-invoiced.
- Improved the handling of an edge case involving jobs containing Quick-upsell parts when invoicing.
- Raising a new job off the back of an empty credit will no longer cause a problem on jobs with multiple repairs.
- Some parts would not appear on the stock take if they didn’t have a location.
