The new products are nothing short of brilliant and their potential for users to improve the bottom line with the innovative programs we saw is staggering, I really cannot wait to get my hands on them and put them in to use.
Campaign 365 and TechMate were at least 10 times better than I had hoped they would be and of course eVHC just gets better. I think that you definitely have the lead over other DMS systems and with development like this you have the potential to be recognised as the best DMS in the not too distant future.
It was good to see You and the ‘team’ at Huddersfield on 11th June. As you know it is our intention to invest in Campaign365, New EVHC and Techmate.
The presentations on the ‘Business Accelerators’ were informative whilst giving the opportunity to discuss the offerings not only with yourselves but the other delegates but also to gain information on current system and where we are underutilising.
Because of the day I came back and asked the Aftersales ‘team’ to start scanning MOT Certificates and attaching to the respective vehicles. We have now extended this to Pre owned Vehicle Warranty Certificates and looking at same for SARA. This saves time filing and later closing file, Paper and ink in addition if we need the information it is on the system, not scurrying round to find a file.A very useful, thought provoking and informative day well worth the time away from the business. Looking forward to the next one.
Thank you for arranging the event, it was a pleasure to meet you and your team. Stephen and I were very impressed with the new features that Gemini have developed.At the moment we use Gemini for producing service reminders and sales follow up letters. This is a good system for us as it is automated and we have easily incorporated it into our daily routine. We are currently not using Gemini for sales marketing as in the past this has been handled by our franchise distributor. We would like to review our present strategy to see if Campaign 365 would work for us so any suggestions you might have would be appreciated.

Nicola and myself thoroughly enjoyed the day (particularly the cheesecake!!) and found the whole event interesting and informative.I understand we have now placed an order for the new Business Accelerators and very much look forward to using it. We both agreed that using Gemini’s eVHC system in conjunction with the DMS made so much sense and would assist our service department capturing future Amber work with the daily dashboard advising customers who need chasing. The Techmate facility is a brilliant addition to the system allowing ease of communication and job status between workshop and service staff. From a marketing perspective, Campaign 365 offers such a broad range of marketing facilities. From the basic service and MOT reminders to drilling down information to send more personalised campaigns to specific customer groups along with great new templates used in conjunction with the Ford Marketing Portal to send our own eShots rather than use the services of an external company. The possibilities seem endless and we can target our customers the way we really want to. The whole Gemini team truly understand dealer’s needs and the motor industry, everyone at the event was well informed, answered all questions effectively and noted suggestions for next phase updates. The support is second to none, queries are dealt with promptly and we feel we have built up a strong and trusted relationship.
Just a note to thank you for your hospitality and putting on the event at Henley last week.Having your team in the room, an open discussion and a flexible agenda meant on the day (all attendees I’m sure would agree), got a lot from the day. We were able to share some difficulties we had in common, learn practical solutions from others who actually did the job, get the expert advice and finally hear all about developments that are coming to enhance what we already have. Well worth it, much appreciated
