New:
- A new Fixed Asset Register has been introduced, providing improved functionality for managing and tracking fixed assets.
- Insurance and warranty jobs now automatically select the customer as the VAT payer where the customer is registered for VAT.
- Sales Day Reporting has been enhanced with an Invoiced By field, providing greater visibility of who processed vehicle invoices.
- OSI functionality has been expanded to support improved integration with iStoreDocs and CRM deal files.
Improvements:
- EDIX integration has been enhanced to support multiple franchises.
- OSI and workshop request processing has been improved, with collection date and time now passed through to the diary and associated jobs.
- Cash reporting has been improved to display the correct currency for non-GBP operations.
- Vehicle information and VRM lookup functionality has been enhanced to provide more reliable UK vehicle data.
- Service deposit processing has been enhanced, with the ability to print receipts for service deposits.
- Job Sheet processing has been improved so the Workshop defaults to the user’s configured default, providing a more consistent workflow.
- Showroom Request status information has been enhanced within OSI, improving visibility across sales workflows.
- ServInv processing has been updated to support the required order number length.
- Display and usability issues when using Evolution with Windows display scaling above 100% have been improved.
